Answer all mine in the past without getting distracted.Answer post 122 please
You can't answer bible truth. What do you fear to be wrong? Better to make correction and prove love of Gods truth than to stay in darkness.Answer all mine in the past without getting distracted.
I know I’m not wrong. But I know you are wrong. Why do you fear being wrong? You can't answer bible truth. What do you fear to be wrong? Better to make correction and prove love of Gods truth than to stay in darkness.
God has already passed judgement on sin= the wages sin pays is death. He cannot rejudge it in the resurrection. --(Rom 6:7--He who has died is acquitted of all sin.) All resurrected get an opportunity to learn and apply Gods will under Jesus and his co rulers 1000 year reign while satan is abyssed ( means no satan influences at that time). But at the end of that satan is loosed for a little while to test the resurrected ones faith. It would make no sense, since the righteous have already passed satans test to sick him back on them if the unrighteous had already been judged to destruction and only the faithful remained., its the ones who were unrighteous to get tested, but all will still have to remain faithful. Then the judgement= the faithful get written in Gods book of life, the ones who fall get destroyed forever. What a truly loving God he is to give a second chance.Oh well. Do you know what scripture he got that from?
You have no clue who will be living during the millennium and what all will be doing.God has already passed judgement on sin= the wages sin pays is death. Wait a minute. I know a lot more about science and logic than you do. Should I be looking down on you because of your flawed logic and science?I have no problems with people of faith. It is when they confuse faith with science or logic that I feel emboldened to point out their error. I realize most people believe in a God but I also find that most have never really thought much about it. They just accept what they've learned and take comfort in it. Am I wrong?
You mean you don't? Sure sounds like you do.Wait a minute. I know a lot more about science and logic than you do. Should I be looking down on you because of your flawed logic and science?
We've been down this road before. I challenge you and your superior knowledge of science and logic to connect the evolution of space and time to the God of the Bible.I agree with you that most people only have a conceptual or superficial understanding of the creator which was formed from religious texts. So you are not wrong about that. But you are wrong to form your opinions based upon that group's perception of God. There are plenty of people who formed their perception of God based upon the study of what God created using science and logic. Wouldn't it be more practical for you to study the evolution of space and time to see if you can tell if it is happenstance or intentional?
You wound me. Please don't confuse correcting your logic with anything other than correcting your logic. You mean you don't? Sure sounds like you do.
We've been down this road before. I challenge you and your superior knowledge of science and logic to connect the evolution of space and time to the God of the Bible.
The universe was created.I challenge you and your superior knowledge of science and logic to connect the evolution of space and time to the God of the Bible.
Now it's my turn. We've been down this road before. I challenge you and your superior knowledge of science and logic to connect the evolution of space and time to the God of the Bible.
Because you know a lot more about science and logic than I do?You wound me. Please don't confuse correcting your logic with anything other than correcting your logic.
You are the one who worships Him, not me. Does that come from logic or faith? You have a hard on for the God of Abraham. What's that all about?
Every religion and every culture have their creation myths. Of course none of them, including Genesis, offer anything like the creation as we understand it. To cherry-pick pieces of Genesis that don't contradict that understanding to claim evidence for the God of the Bible is not logical. The universe was created.
Space and time evolved sequentially over time.
That's the Genesis creation account in a nutshell.
They knew that 6,000 years before science knew that. They knew that when everyone else believed the universe had no beginning. A belief that persisted into the 20th century before it was acknowledged the universe began.
I can't prove a negative so that is not a logical challenge. Can you prove you were not on the grassy knoll when Kennedy was shot? Now it's my turn.
I challenge you - using whatever means necessary - to prove God of Abraham did not create the universe and the laws of nature that predestined the universe to be self aware.
Yes, I do.Because you know a lot more about science and logic than I do?
You are the one who worships Him, not me. Does that come from logic or faith?
Great tell me which ones say the universe was created and evolved sequentially over time.Every religion and every culture have their creation myths. Of course none of them, including Genesis, offer anything like the creation as we understand it. To cherry-pick pieces of Genesis that don't contradict that understanding to claim evidence for the God of the Bible is not logical.
I can prove I was not on the grassy knoll when Kennedy was shot by proving where I was when Kennedy was shot. Just like you can prove the God of Abraham did not create the universe by proving how the universe began without a cause, didn't begin at all or was created by something else.I can't prove a negative so that is not a logical challenge. Can you prove you were not on the grassy knoll when Kennedy was shot?
Certainly not Genesis. There was no evolution in that story, just discrete creation events.Great tell me which ones say the universe was created and evolved sequentially over time.
Are you punting on the question?Certainly not Genesis. There was no evolution in that story, just discrete creation events.
Your logic is flawed. You can offer evidence you were not on the grassy knoll but not proof. Just like I can offer evidence the God of Abraham did not create the universe because He never existed, but I can't offer proof. Logic in action.I can prove I was not on the grassy knoll when Kennedy was shot by proving where I was when Kennedy was shot. Just like you can prove the God of Abraham did not create the universe by proving how the universe began without a cause, didn't begin at all or was created by something else.
It's called logic.
I was two years old when Kennedy was assassinated. I was ~280 miles from Dallas at the time. My alibi is pretty solid, don't you think? I can provide four credible eye witnesses if necessary.Your logic is flawed. You can offer evidence you were not on the grassy knoll but not proof. Just like I can offer evidence the God of Abraham did not create the universe because He never existed, but I can't offer proof. Logic in action.
