There is no cancer in Heaven, because God has authority there. That is not the case here. If God were to not honor the title transfer of dominion from Adam to Lucifer, then God would not be 100% Just, < as in justice under the law. It is the same thing that the Priests tried to nail Jesus with. Will you be merciful and forgive this woman, or will you uphold the Law and demand justice.
The transfer of dominion rule has a time stamp on it, and Satan's time is coming to an end. Christ is coming to take the title back, and then there will be no more sorrow here, just like Heaven.

Until that happens, God built that child a mansion, and his last breath here will be his first in Paradise, where he will have his coronation, and receive his crown. And he will come back with Christ, to rule and reign as a son of the Most High. God has His back.
God is 100% just and 100% merciful.
