Gee....I Hate To Rub It In, But.....

So, the Alinskyites continue escalating their Rule 12 assault on Gore.

* RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)

Sad thing for them is it how pointless it is. Gore isn't a scientist, so Alinsky-bombing him accomplishes nothing. This is now more about the Alinsky cultists desperately trying to convince each other they're not irrelevant. As is obvious from the hysteria, they're failing at that.

no gloom
no doom

Nothing that pulled billions from the free market came true.

your petty list wouldn't have gotten a donation from green peace.
Debunked in post #33.

Then stupidly repeated by TwoThumbsUpHisButt, in true denier cultist fashion.
well that's not true.

the claims were that we were all doomed within 10 years and that was over 10 years ago

al gore is a conman that you help make richer while he's taking money out of your pocket and making life even harder for most of the world.

Yup.

On January 25, 2006........

... while at the Sundance film festival, "politicians and corporations have been ignoring the issue for decades, to the point that unless drastic measures to reduce greenhouse gases are taken within the next 10 years
the world will reach a point of no return, Gore said." 2006: Al Gore Does Sundance

BTW...in 1988, Ted Danson crowed that we had only ten years to save the oceans.

Then, even earlier....there was Chicken Little.....
I'm sure humanity is doomed, and soon.

and by soon I mean in comparison to all time, like in 200,000 years.

“Mankind faces a crossroads.
One path leads to despair and utter hopelessness.
The other, to total extinction.
Let us pray we have the wisdom to choose correctly.”
Woody Allen

This must be the motto of the warmists.....

lol..........s0n.......your a professional at Rule 12......:coffee:

* RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.”

You do it in EVERY post........every post:2up:.

The limpwristed manner of debating ANY topic: tone is miserable, decidedly vindictive, deceptive.

Conservatives dont do the ghey bomb thrower desperation thing.........just look at the street protests these days..........all far left assholes like Alinsky. You never see conservatives doing uncivilized hysterically crazy shit on the street. Its always the k00k left.

Gore represented the science for years..........the whole world knows it. And now, he is nowhere to be found........

Yes, con men usually go low key when their scam is uncovered.

Al 'the Guru' Gore and the warmists??????

Busted!!!

In 'honor' of the tenth anniversary of “An Inconvenient Truth," the Daily Caller posted a new review....so that normal folks would have a good laugh at the expense of the 'Global Warming' hold-outs.

1. "It’s been nearly one decade since former Vice President Al Gore released his film “An Inconvenient Truth.”.... warned increasing carbon dioxide emissions would spur catastrophic global warming that would cause more extreme weather, wipe out cities and cause ecological collapse. To stop global warming, humans needed to ditch fossil fuels and basically change every aspect of their lives...... a bitter presidential candidate was trying to rebrand himself as an environmental crusader.

2.... it wasn’t until 2006 he discovered a way to become massively wealthy off making movies about it and investing in government-subsidized green energy.... One of the first glaring claims Gore makes is about Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa. He claims Africa’s tallest peak will be snow-free “within the decade.” Gore shows slides of Kilimanjaro’s peak in the 1970s versus today to conclude the snow is disappearing.

Well, it’s been a decade and, yes, there’s still snow on Kilimanjaro year-round..... preliminary findings show that the ice is nowhere near melting,” Imani Kikoti, an ecologist at Mount Kilimanjaro National Park, told eturbonews.com.

3. [He next] claims temperature rise from increases in man-made carbon dioxide emissions were “uninterrupted and intensifying.” He goes on to claim heatwaves will become more common, like the one that killed 35,000 people across Europe in 2003.

... look at what happened to global temperature after Gore’s film was released. Global temperatures showed little to no warming trend after Gore released his film. In fact, surface temperature data showed no significant global warming for a period of about 15 years, starting in the early 2000s. Satellite-derived temperature data showed, until the recent El Niño, no statistically significant warming trend for more than 21 years.

4. Gore also famously predicted storms would become more frequent and intense as man-made emissions warmed the oceans. “And of course when the oceans get warmer, that causes stronger storms,” Gore said in his film. “That same year that we had that string of big hurricanes, we also set an all-time record for tornadoes.”

Gore’s film came out just after Hurricane Katrina ravaged the Gulf Coast. Indeed, footage of the destruction from that storm featured prominently in Gore’s film. He mentions how the U.S. was hit with a rash of severe storms in the early 2000s and how Japan saw a record number of typhoons.“The insurance industry has actually noticed this,” Gore said. “Their recovered losses are going up.”

a. [But] storms aren’t more extreme since 2006. In fact, not even findings from the United Nations’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) support Gore’s claim.

The IPCC found in 2103 there “is limited evidence of changes in extremes associated with other climate variables since the mid-20th century.” The IPCC also found “no significant observed trends in global tropical cyclone frequency over the past century” and “[n]o robust trends in annual numbers of tropical storms, hurricanes and major hurricanes counts have been identified over the past 100 years in the North Atlantic basin.”
An Inconvenient Review: After 10 Years Al Gore’s Film Is Still Alarmingly Inaccurate

So.....we have the Japanese soldier, Hiroo Onoda, who hid in the jungles for 30 years after the war ended, refusing to give up....
.....and the warmist's dead-enders still hand-wringing, after decades of being proven wrong...

Even John Kasich threw in the towel.....
When will the hot air brigade give up the ghost?

It's an anniversary, today!

BTW...in 1988, Ted Danson crowed that we had only ten years to save the oceans.

In Ted Danson's defense ... three small communities in Georgia did upgrade their sewage treatment facilities ... and that was all we needed to save the oceans ...

The point is if we had ignored Al Gore back in 2006, and did nothing to mitigate CO2 emissions, then we would all be dead right now ... [giggle] ... but we have in fact done a few things, I myself have my thermostat set all the way down to 76ºF, asbestos use is on the decline, crows are still legally vermin ... [chorkle] ... the international community has stepped up, we have been fighting catastrophic climate change, and we're winning ... [belly laugh] ...

It's hard statistical fact ... if we make 100 predictions each of which individually has a 1 in 100 odds of happening ... then the odds of at least one prediction coming true is very close to 2 in 3 ... as any professional prophet will tell you, once is enough ...

"UN Warns Climate Change Will Destroy Earth By 2005

WORLD—The U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change came to a grim conclusion regarding the rapid warming of the earth, should people not band together to give more power over to the government in order to turn the tide in the fight against climate change.

The report definitively concluded that climate change will completely destroy the earth by 2005 if we do not take action now.

"We've run all the numbers, and it's absolutely clear: every inch of dry land on the planet will be totally submerged by the year 2005," said one member of the panel. "This is an absolute scientific fact."

When several scientific researchers pointed out that 2005 came and went 13 years ago, they were informed that the earth was actually destroyed, everybody was killed, and we are all actually ghosts.

"Every person on the planet is now a spirit who was killed over a decade ago by climate change," said a UN spokesperson. "And anyone who does not believe this will be labeled a ghost science denier."

We need alot less global warming bs and alit more whistleblowers out there guarding against companies polluting our drinking water supplies. Pfas chemicals are the next big environmental problem. We just had 2 Wells shut down and believe me I am going to be an endless hound on our water department....my goal is to make our residents more active and for the people causing the pollution to tremble. This is going to become a Nationwide problem.
