Yup, prices are up in WA due to democrat gas and carbon taxes. About 75 cents a gallon difference to cross the border into ID. Raise taxes on a gallon of gas and what does that do to averages? SMFH

$2.77 at the in-town stations here but I note the stations next to I-66 are $2.99. Gigging the holiday motorists for their increased gas shipment costs I guess.

Most folks don't consider that a station next to an Interstate needs double (or better) the shipments on a long holiday weekend than the in-town stations do due to increased volume.

I will remind the audience about what season it is right now, and what happens literally every year at this time:

1. The summer driving season kicks off, which drives up the demand for, and subsequently, the price of gasoline.
2. We are required to reformulate gasoline to reduce pollution during the hotter months. This increases the cost, and subsequently, the price of said gasoline.

I trust this has been helpful and will result in fewer shrieks of dismay from the usual suspects over a phenomenon that, as I said, happens literally every year.

Gee, I don't know about that. I filled up yesterday at the CK and the price was $2.599/gal regular gas...
Still higher than what i was paying under Trump's first admin but better than the hyper inflation prices of Biden and his Merry Marxist Democrats...

Mine isn't higher...maybe the SNAP card screws the lazy libs over at the pump.
