I'd place a safe bet that 38% is not fully aware that the package is not going to help a whole lot of anything other than bring on more national debt at this point for what is in that package. I'd even feel safe saying most of that 38% has no clue CA is getting 30 million to protect Pelosi's little pet rat. I'd also feel fairly safe in saying that the majority of that 38% would not be happy to know that Porn is checked out on the internet from the National Science Foundation computers.
