Why hasn`t Dear Leader prosecuted Biden?

Biden is nothing more than a useful idiot. It's the people who pulled his strings who need to be prosecuted. That's also kinda how the job operates. The big-wigs are rarely trigger men. They pay other people to take those risks. Depending on their intelligence they may or may not end up being prosecuted. I certainly hope they do. Obama definitely needs to get truth-probed in every oraface he has.
