What it boils down to is politics.....Dirty politics, pure and simple.

Trump’s dirty politics. Trump is too busy trying to lock up Jerome Powell to be bothered with real criminals.

Not pardoned, the case was dropped. Why?

It was in Minnesota, where the prosecutors all all tied up chasing $9 billion in fraud that only exists in a youtube video instead of prosecuting actual crimes. The veteran prosecutor assigned to his case retired and the few remaining ones that the trump administration has chased off or fired are too overextended with the imaginary crime to be bothered with the real ones.

This guy is a 12 time convicted felon who was charged with trafficking 10 pounds of meth.

And he walked.

Case dismissed by the prosecution.

And he's far from alone.
