Upon initial inspection, I would rate that claim as dubious. I could see a coincidence occurring there, due to naturally occuring differences in behavior when the night is more well lit 9ver 10s of millions of years and millions of generations. But that would still be just correlation, not causation.

Various studies hint that it's mildly true or it's false. The conclusion suggested what I said in post 39 about artificial lights - that it is plausible but more research is needed.

If it has merit there may be some fertility advantage when it's lighter out, but who knows and who cares.
