Four people killed, 10 hurt in suicide blast in Somali capital

At least four people were killed and 10 others injured on Tuesday in Somalia's capital Mogadishu in a suicide bombing at a tea-shop near a military base, state-run SONNA news agency said, and Islamist group al Shabaab claimed responsibility.

The tremendous nation of Somalia has strict gun control where civilians are prohibited from exercising their God Given right to bear arms.

You'd think that violence would be unheard of in such a liberal nation with such enlightened laws.
