Your living in a delusion if you think that wasn't it. Terrorists sometimes get their homes demolished as collaborators lose their protected persons status under the geneva conventions.

Paying those terrorists is also collaborating in which case Iran, the UN and any aid that goes to terrorist is illegal under the laws of neutrality
