I don't think it's the "right wing" that has a problem with male-female dynamics.

It's the progressive leftist side that is all messed up, especially the poor women. They've been sold that they can (and should) have tons of sex and seek lots of status and wealth to be empowered, only to find out that the men they desire don't want that in a woman and find that unattractive.

It's Conservatives that will carry on society. There's ideals of sacrifice, humility, etc. baked into Conservatism that can promote women taking on raising lots of kids instead of seeking a nightlife.. and ironically we see that the outcomes are flip-flopped. The married woman with lots of kids is very happy in their 40's, while the single leftist Democrat woman in their 40's, trying to keep the party going, making Tik Tok videos of their new journey for dopamine and attention is very unhappy.
