The agenda of the global warming alarmists.......make no mistake.........has always turned a blind eye on the worlds poor!!! Doesn't matter to progressives.........
These meatheads celebrated Paris as some kind of world triumph.........but as per usual, they conveniently ignore the necessary tradeoffs............
"Energy poverty refers to people who lack access to commercial energy
As energy is made more scarce as a result of the Paris agreement and related actions to suppress fossil fuel use, the cost of energy to the world's least well-off will be higher, making their problems greater. There is an abundance of historical data demonstrating the close relationship between energy, gross domestic product and price levels. If the current economic malaise continues, developed countries will be constrained in what they can do to help the energy poor and it will be harder for them to improve their standard of living."
A focus on climate change ignores energy poverty
The irony here?
All progressives fight against pro-growth economic policies. Growth rates of 4%-5% might actually make a move to sustainable energy possible without starving the poor. So once again, progressives display a pronounced inability to connect the dots. Progressives don't give a flying fuck about the poor......pursuing the established narrative has devastating consequences in the Third World!!!
Enjoy your morning latte's s0ns!!!
