A growing economy with plentiful job openings is what brings up wages... Its called competition.... laws promised but never kept by politicians never works...
Regardless.... we are on the verge of a period of severe job losses....
interest rates are going up and that always harms new job growth plus this over heated near recession is causing companies to cut their employee's that they hired during better times.... ie tesla...
