Yeah he said so, but as you know unless the FBI confirms thus validates the media would lie and he would not be sharing it with the public, for some reason to share it fully he needed it handed over. Their behavior in all this does prove though(and add evidence), that they are not working for the people but for a party or faction and are covering up and abusing power.
