Fani Willis sitting on Georgia Indictments exculpatory evidence?

She will be ready. Any continuance will be requested by the defendants, and they may get it.

Both Powell and Chesebro have requested and received a speedy trial. Chesebro's motion to sever his trial from Powell was denied. These two are the sacraficial lambs being offered up at the alter of P01135809.

District Attorney In Georgia Election Case Against Trump and Others Seeks Protections For Jurors.

ATLANTA (AP) — The Georgia prosecutor who has brought charges accusing former President Donald Trump and others of illegally trying to overturn the results of the 2020 election in the state is asking the judge in the case to take steps to protect jurors.

The preemptory step by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis comes after the grand jurors who returned the 41-count indictment against Trump and 18 others were subjected to harassment when their information was posted online. It’s a reflection of the highly polarized feelings surrounding the criminal cases against the former president.

Willis wrote in a motion filed Wednesday that the grand jurors’ information was posted “with the intent to harass and intimidate them.” Additionally, the motion said, the personal information of Willis, a Black woman, and that of her family and staff have been posted online ”intertwined with derogatory and racist remarks.”

With past as prolog, we know that MAGA MAGGOTS love to make death threats against anyone who dare to judge P01135809. Members the Georgia Grand Jury that handed the indictment report they have harassed and received death threats.

Just all shit for brains MAGA MAGGOTS, Jury Tampering is a felony.

You stated that Make America Great Again Republican citizens love to make death threats, blah, blah, blah.

I have news for you: James T. Hodgkinson, a Democrat and former staff member of Rep. Bernie Sanders, Vermont, sought out Republicans to mow down with his weaponry. Here's the story to remind you that Nutcases are not limited to Republicans, and I quote:

On June 14, 2017, a gunman walked onto a baseball field at Eugene Simpson Park in Alexandria, Virginia, opening fire on politicians and wounding House GOP Whip Steve Scalise of Louisiana and four others.
The representatives had been practicing for the annual Congressional Baseball Game for Charity. James Hodgkinson, a 66-year-old man, asked a passing congressman—South Carolina’s Jeff Duncan—whether Republicans or Democrats were on the field practicing. Once he received confirmation that the Republican representatives were the ones playing ball, Hodgkinson fired off 60 rounds into the unsuspecting elected officials.
A call to police went out shortly after 7 as the political officials scrambled for cover. When officers arrived on the scene, they exchanged fire with the suspect, running towards him while dodging the spray of bullets, and eventually killing him. Unfortunately, Hodgkinson’s damage had already been done.
Subsequent investigations revealed Hodgkinson as a man with a clear hatred for Republicans. He had arrived at the field in a white van—he was living out of it—with his legally purchased rifle and a list of six conservative members of congress, presumably his targets.
There's a difference between making a careless threatening statement, and actually mowing down people like Rep. Steve Scalise, who was shot first and almost died on the operating table. The man had a kill list of Republican Congressmen, and Steve Scalise's name was at the top of the list because as minority House leader, Mr. Hodgkinson wanted him dead first. Several other Congressmen were on the list, with the most influential ones first, and in descending order.

Shame on you.

According to my understanding of Article 3 Section 1 of the United States Constitution, she is playing politics, not blind justice, and may get in trouble with our learned Constitutional scholars who have considerable clout. The justice department has enough trouble without another weaponized DA who thinks she and only she is smarter than the nine Supreme Court Justices who understand Article 3 Section 1 and may act on it which could mean her as disobeying her Constitutional oath taken when she became her state's DA but fell asleep on the job... :bigbed:

beautress is not a constitutional scholar, worse than a mere dilettante. She has her opinion. Sure, OK.

Beautress has the MAGA MAGGOT'S understanding of the U.S. Constitution, whatever a MAGA MAGGOT does not like is automatically Unconstitutional.

Ms. Willis was correct to state that she was "Going After" P01135809. On more than one occassion I read in the paper or heard on the news that the local D.A. was going after certain individuals. Beautress made the mistake of posting her opinion as a fact with first researching what is and is NOT Constitutional.

I more than understand that Beautress is a dedicated follower P01135809, I understand that as for a Beautress is concerned, P01135809 can do no wrong. But Ms. Willis has her own Constittuional Duties to perform, whicn includes going after criminals. That is exactly what she is doing,
