Explosive Lisa Page Testimony: Dossier Timeline Contradictions And DOJ Interference

Explosive Lisa Page Testimony: Dossier Timeline Contradictions And DOJ Interference - Sara A. Carter
Testimony provided to Congress from former FBI lawyer Lisa Page reveals contradictions as to when she learned about former British spy Christopher Steele’s anti-Trump dossier, sheds light on the “insurance policy” and exposes the Obama Justice Department’s decision not to charge Hillary Clinton with allegedly violating the Espionage Act.
Page’s testimony, which was delivered behind closed doors last July before a joint task force of the House Oversight and Judiciary committees, reveals the internal machinations between senior bureau leadership and the DOJ. Basically, her testimony adds more depth to what happened during the critical months during the FBI’s investigation into President Trump’s election campaign and the bureau’s “Midyear Exam” investigation into Clinton.... As for the Clinton investigation, Page said the bureau “did not blow over gross negligence.” She told Rep. John Ratcliffe, R-Texas, there were ongoing discussions with former FBI Director James Comey and other senior officials about the issue. She said “on its face, it did seem like, well, maybe there’s a potential here for this to be the charge.... Page’s testimony does coincide with what former FBI General Counsel James Baker’s told the committee on “gross negligence.” In testimony he stated that he originally believed Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of highly classified information was “alarming” and “appalling,” as first reported at SaraACarter.com. He also believed her use of a private server to send the classified emails was sufficient enough to secure an indictment to possibly charge her for violations under the Espionage Act, for mishandling sensitive government documents.

The repercussions of these crimes are still happening with the Mueller investigation! Typical Progressive Marxist Socialist Democrats want to ignore the crimes committed by their own party, but wants to persecute any republican like Tucker Carlson for things that were said 10 years ago, or an appointed Justice to the Supreme Court that allegedly did something 30 years ago.
This is the real collusion between the FBI Cabal of Comey, McCabe, Strzok and Loretta Lynch DOJ for an insurance policy against Trump who they thought would never win.
From Lisa Paige's testimony, "Ratcliffe asked if the decision not to charge Clinton with gross negligence was a direct order from the DOJ. When you say advice you got from the Department, you're making it sound like it was the Department that told you? You're not going to charge gross negligence because we're the prosecutors and we're telling you we're not going to, he said. Page responded: That's correct!!" WOW!
So now Progressive Marist Socialist Dems are abandoning their "Russian Collusion" conspiracy theories. What now? College admission bribery? Hoaxed racist attacks? Meanwhile in the real world, Trump is well on his way to his 2020 re-election.

I have to give Lisa a lot of credit. She has come clean with all this since it was revealed and cooperated fully with any questioning.
i just want the truth. did they work against the system against the rules/laws in place?

i don't give a shit about emotional political twists of why it's ok for one and not the other. that's the shit that dug this fucking hole and when i see people rush to condem the other side for shit they do all the time, i get "they are the fucking problem" rushing through my head.

i wish these people would attack issues with the same passion as they attack people.

Looks like Sara Carter's bringing up old news to try to deflect from the actual real news of today....

Comey said in his announcement in July of 2016 and his testimony before congress, basically that it was finally decided that she could not be charged (with gross negligence of the espionage act..) and he gave various reasons, 1 was no one was ever charged and convicted of it, and that she did not have an intent of malice, she basically was dumb as a rock, when it came to computers, and that the prosecutors would not win the case against her in court.... and they don't bring charges against people when they know they will lose in court.

pretty much what Page testified to....
comey didn't say he was influenced by the justice department did he? ie loretta lyncy

If you're a Democrat, especially Hillary Clinton being investigated by Obama's DOJ and FBI it seems to work. Adherence to the law is for the little people. Elitist Democrats are seemingly above the law.

comey didn't say he was influenced by the justice department did he? ie loretta lyncy

It was not his job. The FBI is responsible for investigating and then turn over that information to the Justice Department which then makes the decision to prosecute or not. Comey was way out of line.

That is Ms. Sara's OPINION, my dear...

the FBI does not get to make that decision in any normal case, period.... their job is to INVESTIGATE, as in the I in the FBI, it is the judicial branch prosecutors that work with the FBI on their specific investigations that do that....

So to me, there is NOTHING at all, shocking about the prosecutors or prosecutor who was assigned to this investigation, working with the FBI on who or who should not, be prosecuted. THAT is their job.

Well I do think that Hillary and her people were getting special treatment; treatment you or I could never get.

It's not like Hillary did just one thing. She did a bunch of things. She was fearless because she (like most people) thought Trump didn't stand a chance at being President. None of this was ever going to come out under her administration.

Dumb as a rock with computers, but knew enough to have a server installed in her broom closet. Knew enough to have her information bleach bitted when Congress subpoenaed that evidence she destroyed. You don't have to be a tech genius to know what taking a hammer to cell phones will do to the information in it.

I agree and using the bleach bit indicates she had something to hide.

As I've said if someone in the military had done what she did they would be in Leavenworth.
the bleach bit was ordered by the Clinton staff a MONTH BEFORE her server was ever subpoenaed and sent off to the computer maintenance company that handled their accounts.

In her and her staffs mind, this was a server they were going to reuse, now that she was no longer working for the government and they sent it off to their maintenance company to get it ready for re-use... or to sell off, so to wipe it clean of any government or private files.

It is against government rules and protocol to send private messages to them for their files on the National Archives. Making copies of all of their govt emails that they could find, and sending them for the National Archives to have them, and then after her staff of 3 identified all of her personal emails and deleting them is also perfectly NORMAL.

The beach bit part, is not something unusual, it's done by companies all the time if they are going to re-purpose a sever, or sell it off. They have things like Bleach Bit, that was created by someone in the maintenance field, for specifically this purpose. So, I personally do not see what the big deal is...? :dunno:

And the FBI through their interrogations of every one involved with the capturing of all the gvt emails for the National Archives, erasing her private emails, to being assigned to do the bleach bit maintenance came to the conclusion that no one did any of those things for nefarious reasons.

The FBI investigators were just as concerned as you are as to whether this was done purposely to hide something or not, and this is why this kind of questioning on it was done by them. But IN THE END their conclusion was that no one on her staff that did any of this, with malice or for something nefarious.

You are incorrect.

"The server system storing Clinton’s emails was then housed at a private contractor, Platte River Networks (PRN), which by no later than March 9, 2015, was aware of the directive that the emails be preserved.

"Two days later (March 27), Clinton lawyer David Kendall informed the House committee that there were no longer any existing emails from Clinton’s tenure. PRN logs indicate that Combetta deleted emails and installed on March 31. On that same day, Combetta had a conference call with Mills and Kendall. (FBI Clinton File, Part 3, pp. 18–19.)"

If you had read the emails between her staff members that were released via an FOIA from Judicial Watch I believe or from the State Department's release, she simply had no idea what to do to be able to keep one device, one blackberry and still be able to keep her private emails private.

It was her staff that came up with the idea a short time after she transitioned from Senator to Secretary of State, to have her own server, she was completely clueless in all of her emails with them on it.

It is clear as day, that she was clueless, and dumb as a rock when it came to computers.

this too was the case with bleach bitting her server after the govt emails were sent to the State dept for the National archives. She did not order such to be done. Her staff made those decisions.

There are email chains between her staff that PROVES she was clueless, when it came to computers.... in fact, she didn't even have a computer, from what I have gathered from the info released, she used her blackberry for near everything.

Huma Abedin printed out from the computer what she may need and gave her paper copies to read.

And she had a SCIF set up in her homes in Washington DC and in New York, to receive classified secret info, via FAX.

That was all done for her, by her staff.

I think you all were convinced by your beloved right wing media, of things that simply are not true if you dig in to it.... a partisan witch hunt :D, so to say.

Rachel Maddow addressed all this earlier tonight. She showed where Republicans have been releasing cherry-picked excerpts - but the entire documents paint a much different story. In other words - the entire transcripts make the Republicans look dishonest and stupid. Go Rachel.

Watch Rep. Trey Gowdy Rip Apart FBI Director James Comey About Hillary Clinton
JULY 7, 2016 By Bre Payton

During a House investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private, unsecured email server during her tenure as secretary of State, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) ripped apart FBI Director James Comey Thursday morning for publicly stating there was a lack of sufficient evidence to prosecute the presumptive Democratic nominee.

During their exchange, Comey admitted that Clinton, despite her claims of innocence, shared classified information from multiple devices and failed to turn over all of her work-related emails after she was ordered to do so.

GOWDY: Good morning, Director Comey. Secretary Clinton said she never sent or received classified information over her private e-mail. Was that true?

COMEY: Our investigation found that there was classified information sent —

GOWDY: So it was not true?

COMEY: That’s what I said.

GOWDY: OK. Well, I’m looking for a little shorter answer so you and I are not here quite as long. Secretary Clinton said there was not marked classified on her e-mails either sent or received, was that true?

COMEY: That’s not true. There were a small number of portion markings on I think three of the documents.

GOWDY: Secretary Clinton said ‘I did not e-mail any classified material to anyone on my e-mail, there is no classified material.’ Was that true?

COMEY: There was classified material e-mail.

GOWDY: Secretary Clinton said she used just one device. Was that true?

COMEY: She used multiple devices during the four years of her term as secretary of State.

GOWDY: Secretary Clinton said all work-related e-mails were returned to the State Department. Was that true?

COMEY: No. We found work-related e-mails, thousands that were not returned.

GOWDY: Secretary Clinton said neither she nor anyone else deleted work-related e-mails from her personal account. Was that true?

COMEY: That’s a harder one to answer. We found traces of work related e-mails in — on devices or slack space, whether they were deleted or whether when a server was changed out something happened to them. There’s no doubt that the work-related e-mails that were removed electronically from the — the e-mail system.

GOWDY: Secretary Clinton said her lawyers read every one of the e-mails and were overly inclusive. Did her lawyers read the e-mail content individually?

COMEY: No.

In a later exchange with Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) Comey said Clinton wasn’t sophisticated enough to understand what information was classified and what wasn’t.

So let's see. Hillary is innocent of everything she's being accused of because her staff broke all those laws, and not only was Hillary too stupid to understand cell phones and email, but too stupid to supervise her staff and let them do whatever they wanted without asking her first.

That's like telling the police you never mugged anybody, you were just walking down the street with your billy club and some innocent guy ran into it and passed out on the ground. Somebody else must have found him unconscious and took the money out of his wallet.
