Sure, when you provide something showing Trump is just like every other president. And he not only told them to be quiet, he froze grants. Environmental groups use those grants to sue the feds, then the epa doesn't defend the law, and the law is changed by the courts granting power to the epa the law never gave them.

To me and I've been a water conservation activist since the 70's, it's a matter of "pick my poison" on the method of shipment.

The thought of a barge with oil sinking in the Mississippi is a freaking nightmare scenario.
