I thought it seemed perfectly reasonable that in 5 swing states we had 3am dumps of tens of thousands of BIDEN ONLY votes counted with no down ballot voting.

I've read the SAVE Act before.

And I read you link, which is why I said I don't have an issue with the Voter ID requirement. However the legislation goes into effect the day after it being signed into law. We already have elections going on, so if this was for 2028 allowing time for implementation - that would be fine.
