Sounds like it to me. He was trying to take away our rights to elect a president.
Does it give you any pause that the Supreme Court slapped him down, harshly 8-0, for his ridiculous interpretation of statutes?
Using the KKK statute that is only used today against sex traffickers?
Any pause whatsoever? Or is it full steam ahead?
How about Senators, Dems included, admitting the ECA is so ambiguous they need to rewrite it?
