Good stuff. Vaccinated people will be allowed to travel to Europe again.

The European Union took a step toward opening its borders to vaccinated tourists, a move that likely means Americans and other non-Europeans will be allowed to visit the continent this summer.
The decision, taken Wednesday by ambassadors from the 27 EU member countries, must still be formally approved by nations’ leaders, which could come as soon as tomorrow.
It isn’t yet clear exactly when tourists will be allowed to arrive, but it is expected to be very soon, an EU spokesman said.

The U.S. would need to be added to a list of countries from which nonessential travel to the EU is permitted. When that might happen is unclear, but the spokesman said the listed countries could be changed quickly if government leaders decide on it.

Individual EU countries will be able to set additional restrictions.

People who have been fully vaccinations with shots approved by the World Health Organization or the EU’s medicines regulator will be allowed in. That includes the three vaccines being used in the U.S.— Pfizer Inc., Moderna Inc. and Johnson & Johnson —as well as ones made by AstraZeneca PLC and Sinopharm, a Chinese state-owned company.

I've "encountered" American tourists in Germany, the above photo is fairly typical of their behaviour.

They don't need to hold a rally to behave like drunken thugs. Don't take it personally, I've seen British tourists in Spain behaving in similar fashion. In both cases, they are usually at the lower end of the evolutionary scale regarding intelligence.

Believe it or not I will be safer in Spain than over here. The Spanish take safety very seriously regarding mask wearing and social distancing. I've not encountered any covidiots where we are.

True. Just like Americans on "spring break" (or any other time) in Cancun and other places. As I said these people are usually at the lower end of the evolutionary scale regarding intelligence.

I couldnt care less.
I have no desire to visit.
Don’t think they'd want you to.

Shiiiit.....they'll let anyone in.
Look at all the muslimes they opened the door for.

Look at what they are doing in Spain.

Erm, that was filmed in Ceuta, nowhere near mainland Spain, just an FYI
