It's really a matter of pure conjecture as to who started what first. The first 2 or3 threads about Hawking were started by seal, trumpeting it as a huge triumph of BDS..... in a most obnoxious fashion, which incited and invited return-fire invective of his slanders.

It is the continual back-and-forthing of off-topic nastiness which gets threads tossed into the 'netherworld', nothing else.

And - despite the many repeated iterations of what is essentially a page straight out of the 'Protocols'! - there IS no 'Zionist crew'. Although I despise and detest the various 'Palestinans First, Last and Only' posters (list of ID's available by PM request), I see them as distinct if disgusting individuals - and I find the continual assumption of a 'Zionist crew' or whatever an example of dehumanizing which ought to be beneath anyone pretending to have ANY degree of moral awareness.

It needs to be assumed that individual posters post for their individual reasons - those we disagree with as much as those with whom we agree. I do not see that happening with SOME posters, no. And there remains NO context in which 'you people' is anything but a generic equivalent of those charming little pejorative slang terms each group of humanity has been 'gifted' with by others.

I realize this has been 'off-topic' in itself, and yet my hope is that people will turn aside from the impulse to 'return fire' and stick with the topic - hoping that others will have faith enough in the mods to remove a single or a few blatant such 'invitations' as that one post all about pissing on others. We need to step around the bits o' filth flung by some here, and not add to the mess to be swept away.

I was talking to Seal about turning in a post yesterday and while he did say that it was up to me that he was not going to report any more posts as it seemed to him to be a pretty useless exercise. Seal has never lied on the board so I don't think he would start lying to me in private.

He even seemed to claim that Hawkings made a statement deploring the
extreme oppression of 'palestinians" by Israel. I find no evidence of
either the TITTERING JEWS or a statement by HAWKINGS other than
his saying that the israeli policy is leading to disaster---- which is actually
a very non-specific statement and I find no actual reference that claims to
quote him verbatim -------it seems to me that the person making
mountains out of mole-hills-------is deach PS jews I know in Israel
are not all in a titter -------nor are the jews in my neighborhood or my
house. No one is clear as to the nature of the predicted "disaster"----but
