The Democrats use 'racism' / the word 'racist' as both 'sword' to attack someone into silence and 'shield' to defend themselves from criticism.

Guy, I've never seen anyone called a racist who wasn't pretty much a racist. Can you please give me an example of someone who was horribly falsely accused, you might have an argument.

Jesse Jackson's 'Rainbow Coalition-Baby' shakedown scandal is well known and well documented - Jackson threatened to declare a business to be racist unless they paid him money not to do so.

I grew up in Chicago... Yes, Jackson was kind of a clown, but a lot of the businesses he went after weren't hiring fairly.

Decades ago when a back female accused white policemen of rape, racist ambulance chaser Al Sharpton charged in, declared he was defending her, and he later 'produced evidence' against the police. Unfortunately for Sharpton, the girl was admitting she lied about the whole thing as he was presenting the bogus 'evidence'. As soon as he heard he skipped town. The police chief refused to press charges because 'the community had been through enough and needed time to heal, not more drama / division'.

So what's your point? Tawana Brawley was probalby lying but she never recanted. I've seen you guys use false accusations of rape, too. Bill Clinton, Joe Biden, and so on.

What was being discussed is whether or not removing statues honoring those who benefited by or fought to preserve slavery is erasing the past. It is not. It's simply no longer honoring it.
