My poor wife is being bombarded by "Racial Awareness Training". The latest one is about equipping the professors to handle the special needs of students of color. WTF? Funny I don't remember my engineering professors being too concerned about the "needs" of any students.

This all leads to Blacks being considered disabled under the ADA (with reparations to boot).
