The GOP is not "trying to portray" Blacks as anything. The facts speak for themselves. They vote 10-1 in favor of a political party that's only appeal is to provide free stuff, paid for by "someone else."

They vote 10-1 in favor of a Party that has, by its policies virtually destroyed the Black family by subsidizing disastrous personal life choices. A party that threatens to make the unemployment rate for Young Black Males near 100% with a $15 minimum wage. A party that destroys uneducated Blacks' prospects for employment by inviting millions of illegals to come here and take their jobs away from them. A party that encourages Blacks to kill their babies rather than have and nurture them. A party that tells Blacks that their only hope of success is to be given things by Government, whether it's a job, a handout, low-cost housing, or an undeserved slot in a good college - in the name of "diversity." No wonder they despair.
