Rather that verdict holds up through the appeals process or doesn’t won’t change the fact that Trump will still be rich and be sworn in as the 47th President in a few weeks.

He was found guilty in trial... They heard the evidence and found him guilty...

He has now lost on appeal...

That is how the legal system works...

They have Trump on tape a number of times stating that he should be allowed to sexually assault women because he is famous...

You weren't a part of the jury, you a product of the media you were fed. They know you are gullible and will believe what you are told..

The May 2023 verdict stemmed from an incident around 1996 in a Bergdorf Goodman department store dressing room in Manhattan, where Carroll said Trump raped her, and an October 2022 Truth Social post where Trump denied Carroll's claim as a hoax.

There's no doubt trump's court, if given the chance, will rule in his favor on appeal.

But Carroll has repeatedly said she can’t recall exactly what date it happened.
On Thursday, Tacopina questioned why Carroll said only now that it was a Thursday and why neither she nor two friends she says she told contemporaneously can recall the date.

“I wish to heaven we could give you a date,” Carroll said. “I wish we could give you a date.”

A jury heard all the evidence and found him guilty... That was there job...

You are being fed a diet of right wing propaganda... Ever consider when Trump goes to court he looses... His legal team say one thing on Fox and another thing in court....
You can lie on Fox without any repercusions, different case in court...

Well the case lasted for days and Trump had a high priced defence team that couldn't mount a defnce...

They had him on tape twice saying he was allowed to sexually assault women.

The case started on the 25th of April and finished on 4th May. Trump had ample time to go on the stand and refute the claims...
