"The Red Terror in Russia 1917 - 1923" was not self-published and it was not published online, which would have been nearly impossible in 1926 Paris. It was written by Russian historian Serge Melgunov in Berlin, 15 December 1923 – 15 March 1924 who writes in the very last sentence of the book, "We need to make the world understand and realize the horror of those seas of blood, that drowned human consciousness." It was translated to English and published by Hyperion Press only in 1975 and, unlike the fraudulent and laughable Diary of Anne Frank, it hasn't been republished since.online...
Amazing...a book that's not published....incredible.
