Zone1 Why didn’t God kill the first born of Germany?

UMmmm….who is going to sign up to own slaves under those conditions?
Kind of kicks free will aside, doesn't it--both for those who contract as slaves to care for their families, and those who would also prosper by this arrangement.

Through God's actions in Egypt, it is not hard to guess how He felt about slavery. You propose that after that, He should have also made it a Commandment. Can you name a Commandment that has not been broken? Today, there remain 50 million in slavery. God acts. God commands. Then, there is that pesky matter of free will. Mankind has fought wars over slavery. So, what is the answer?

It is a matter of all mankind turning to God and to call out to Him the prayer the faithful have been praying for thousands of years: Create in me a clean heart, Lord. Renew a right spirit within me.

With slavery, we see the same problem present in all wrong-doing: There are ever those who decide it is right for them--whether it is slavery, abortion, taking the Lord's name in vain, committing adultery, lying--all down (and up) the list. Those who think it is alright for all women to take a life for her own purposes, are basically okay with all taking a life for his/her own purposes. Each person gets to decide that of him/herself. And, if people get to decides what is right for him/herself when it comes to the life of another, then it follows they should also get to decide when it is right to lie, when it is right to commit adultery, when it is right to steal, etc.

Those who want to do away with religion hide behind an imaginary guy in the sky. They should stand up in front of this and admit, what they are really after is that everyone should be able to decide for him/herself what is right and what is wrong--and that decision should be able to change on a dime. People may say they want rules, but what everyone really wants is to be the exception to the rule.

If you sign up for it, you are not a slave

Does not matter

If God made slavery a commandment it would have been a mortal sin
The fact that he didn’t shows he considered coveting a worse sin

What is your definition of a mortal sin (because it doesn't seem to fit here). There is more to a 'mortal sin' then just breaking a Commandment--or even all ten of them.

So you admit this of your own free will? That would explain your man ass obsession. Pervert.
I admit that based upon your self serving perverted interpretation of scripture you are a joke and everything you write is a joke.

In the time of Moses, the Egyptian Pharaohs kept the Jews in slavery.
God sent Moses to demand their release. When the Pharaoh refused, God sent ten plagues onto Egypt including locusts, flies, a river running red, boils, darkness and finally killing the first born of Egypt.

But when Hitler killed six million Jews and enslaved the rest, God did nothing.

Why was that?

Be more specific. Are you wondering why God intervened miraculously for the Jews then but not now, or are you wondering why God sometimes allows evil?

Through the ancient Israelites the Messiah would come, who could and DOES save anyone who believes for eternal life after His death and resurrection.

IOW:

Slavery in Israel: God protecting His promise regarding eternal salvation--ie, the Messiah

Nazis: after the Messiah, everyone makes their own choice, as the propitiation for sin is already given

It's not a matter of "what is evil"? Both are evil. It's a matter of: do you have the remedy for the evil yet?

History does not lie

God did nothing to Germany as they exterminated Jews

No plagues,
no locusts, no killing of the first born of Germany. That is what God is capable of when he is displeased.

God chose to do nothing

Again, dumbass, what makes you think God chose to do nothing?

I look at it this way

If I was freed from slavery
I would do some celebrating

You will never be freed from slavery. You are a slave today and don't know it.

Did anyone ask your opinion about being born? Can you stop the day of your death? Yet, in between you and others act like you are the ones in control of your destiny. So stupid.

Better celebrate now, while you have the time.

But seriously, the Holocaust was the catalyst for the UN formation of Israel.
