No, but they would not panic thinking that the jig was finally up on their fraud. Because they are not fraudsters.

No doubt that in the incredibly unlikely event that there was some glitch in the Social Security payment system that would cause checks not to go out, the administration would let people know and explain what was happening and how it was being fixed.

The fraudsters would panic and would be screaming at their Democratic representatives who they rely on the enable the fraud.
