Any cuts or nicks on the head area always bleed like mad, much worse looking because of all the blood. Cutting yourself when shaving is a prime example, tiny nick but bleeds for ages.

Not really, a graze isnt going to leave much of a mark.
I had a mole that was removed with a sharp razor. Two days later you would have never even known. There was no mark remaining after keeping vaseline and a bandaid on it for two days.
