But I'm reading that Lindell has settled multiple class action law suits for making false advertizing claims for My Pillow, going back years, it appears that lying may be a way of life for this guy.

So what I'm reading is that Lindell is a liar and a huckster who has paid out millions of dollars in settlements for making false claims in his TV infomercials about his crappy pillows. Some Christian he is!!!

I don't have a lot of patience for people who use religion to promote themselves, without actually walking the walk. That includes Donald Trump. I'm served on the Session at my Church in Toronto, and taught Sunday School. I see no sign of Christianity in Mike Lindell - not in the dishonest manner in which he carries on business, nor in his involvement in politics. I don't really listen to what people say, I watch what they do.

I see yet another dishonest Republican willing to use his religion for self-promotion, and to fleece the gullible.

When and where has Trump been slandered. It's virtually impossible to slander Trump, his behaviour is so odious. Sexually assaults women? Access Hollywood tape, backed up by reports by more than 20 women that he does exactly what he says he does on that tape, further supported by multiple lawsuits filed against Trump. Dishonest business practices - 7 bankruptcies and 3000 plus law suits - many of them by contractors that Trump has stiffed. Trump was in the middle of a multi-million fraud trial when he was elected.

He has hired illegal immigrants for his golf clubs, for years, and continued to do so after he was elected President. Admits to bribing public officials as a matter of course in doing business, and has been fined by the IRS for making illegal campaign "contributions" from his Family Charity. Speaking of which, the charity had its charter revoke for misuse of funds, illegal fundraising, fiduciary violations. Neither Trump nor his kids are allowed to serve on the Boards of any Charities in the State of New York now or in future.

And let's not get started on pay offs to porn stars, or his creepy photo shoots with Ivanka, and numerous items from the Howard Stern shows. Trump has treated the whole Presidency as a WWE SummerSlam event featuring a 4 year cage match between Republicans and the Democrats, none of which have done any good for the country at all.

Bankruptcy is not against the law, neither is settling out of court.

7 bankruptcies is a record for any businessman in USA history. Trump bragged about walking away from his first bankruptcy with $40 million in his pockets. His investors lost everything. Mary Trump, in her book, said that during the Atlantic City bankrupcies, Trump would strike a deal to continue to manage the resort and charge the Trustees $500,000 per month plus expenses for doing so, knowing that the Trustee would pay him first.

Trump is the ONLY one to make money on his bankruptcies. Trump took his money out when the casinos went public. American banks lost everything the lent to the casinos, as did the investors. Trump was able to carry the losses on those loans forward on his taxes for 10 years, without having to repay the money lost to the banks.

There's an article I've link to before in the Toronto Star about the 2016 bankruptcy of Trump Hotel Toronto, which is subtitled "How Every Investor Lost Money on Trump Tower Toronto except Donald Trump". It's the story of all Trump Bankruptcies. Trump makes more money when his projects fail, than when he actually builds something.

No, bankruptcy and settling out of court are not illegal, but they are indicative questionable business practices, and management issues. One bankruptcy is understandable. Unforeseen circumstances, bad health, sudden economic crash - any number of things. A second bankruptcy makes your management skills highly questionable, and I don't even know of any credible person who has ever been involved in running 3 companies into bankruptcy, much less 7.

Certainly settling criminal cases out of court in generally indicative of guilt, and something only available if you're extremely wealthy, and people are more interested in getting their money back than locking you up. Trump is gonna have trouble on this one. People don't care how much money he pays. They want him jailed for this attack on the nation.

"Record for any businessman in USA history"? Got any evidence for that, especially given that the average millionaire (not even billionaire) files bankruptcy 3.5 times on average in their lifetimes? TRUMP! has owned hundreds of businesses, having only 7 fail is actually a good track record. Bankruptcy is just another strategic tool of the savvy businessman.
