The democrats and their media have finally found something that can distract away from the Obama healthcare debacle.
It's a "debacle" that's already saved the government a good deal of money and signed up over 9 million people who previously did not have insurance.
I wonder what you consider a success? The war in Iraq? 4000 Americans dead, over 100K Iraq civilians killed, the Bush administration found to be lying about it and introducing elements of Al Qaeda into the country where there was none before.
Mission Accomplished!
9 million???? Let's have your stats source. How do you know they never had insurance?
Hell, the government doesn't even know how many have paid their premiums.
Saved money for the government? Really? Most that have signed up are the 55 and above category. Major portion are the subsidized.
In other words, the government will either have to subsidize the insurance companies, or the insurance companies are going to have to raise premiums for 2015.
Good yarn you have going there, sonny.
Sure.
Most insurance enrollees older than 45, records show
And even with the "subsidies", it's far cheaper than emergency room care.
Additionally provisions in the ACA have cut out waste and fraud which is a big part of the savings.
So unlike your "success" in Iraq...this is actually showing positive metrics. At least what most of the world considers positive.
