McCain was a natural born US citizen born in Panama.. A lot of ignorant people in Congress claimed he was not a natural born US citizen.. Obama spent about 20 minutes explaining the law to them and how McCain was a natural born US citizen before they dropped their idiot ideas.
That's BS.. The Annex was a communication operation to try and identify tribes that might support a return to the Idris Constitution.. If you've read it, you'd know its enlightened. Gaddfi threw it out in 1970.
McCain showed class in standing up to the RW crazies who were calling Obama an Arab, Muslim, Commie….
McCain correctly said Obama was a good family man and they differed on how the country should be run
Without the illegal Iraq invasion and resulting cataclysmic disaster, "W" would never have been re-elected, if "elected" is the term for how he got the job in the first place.
Tancredo was one of the RW crazies
Huckabee and Keys were nowhere close to McCain in terms of getting out the vote as was demonstrated during the primaries
Palin was nothing till McCain pulled her out of obscurity
Obama would have won regardless, just for being clean, no negro dialect, hey thats storybook man.
"
The authors quote Reid as saying privately that Obama, as a black candidate, could be successful thanks, in part, to his "light-skinned" appearance and speaking patterns "with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one."
"He [Reid] was wowed by Obama's oratorical gifts and believed that the country was ready to embrace a black presidential candidate, especially one such as Obama -- a 'light-skinned' African American"
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid apologized Saturday for making racially insensitive remarks about Barack Obama during the presidential campaign.

Crazy Johnny never met a war he didn’t like. If anyone was more controlled by the MIC than him, it has to be Ears. So the reality is, it didn’t matter who the American people elected in 2008. The two assholes were very much alike as in all our recent elections.

If W had not invaded Iraq in a war of choice, does Obama become President? There are two main tracks that propel me to ask.
First, Obama won the DNC nomination based, in part on Hillary's yes vote on the war. Maybe he would have won anyway because, as we saw in 2016; she had a ton of baggage. Does Obama win if there is no "yes" vote? Secondly, as the war dragged on with Abu Grahib (sp?) failed nation building, terrorist attack after terrorist attack, it became less and less popular for the Bush administration. There was also the near financial collapse that lead to TARP. So did Iraq deliver the White House for Obama or would it have mattered if Clinton had won...would McCain would have prevailed against her.

Somehow some people on the left STILL think O was a good potus, ignoring the reality. These people are exactly like their opponents on the right, who foolishly think dumb Don was a good potus.
Lets say that Bush simply didn't decide to invade; there is no "yes" vote; there are no Al Queda/ISIS attacks in Iraq and elsewhere....does Obama win against McCain? Is McCain the nominee?
