Do you think Business will start moving out of England?

The referendum was non-binding as I read. Even a blind pig finds an acorn once in awhile.
That's true, personally I suspect BREXIT will happen but that the U.K. will remain (in some form) in the EFTA, similar to the situation in Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein .

It would be too politically risky for MP's to vote against completing the exit from the EU given the referendum results and the extremely high turnout.

Everything That Goes Wrong Will Be Blamed On Brexit ......

What has changed from the day before the vote and now? Nothing that is what, except they are claiming volatility in the markets. It is reported that George Soros made billions selling short. What does that have to do with Brexit? Absolutely nothing. But that is not how it will be reported.

They are already saying there should be another vote because this one was so close. If Obama had won the popular vote by the same margin the left would be crowing about the mandate he was handed. Isn't that exactly what they said about the 2012 outcome?

UK Treasury chief tries to calm fears over 'Brexit' fallout

LONDON — Britain’s Treasury chief sought Monday to ease concerns about the vote to leave the European Union, saying the economy is as strong as it could be to face the uncertainty — even as a survey showed many companies are looking to move business out of the country.

The pound hit a new 31-year record low, dropping another 3.3 percent to $1.3227. Stock markets also declined across Europe.

Osborne pledged not to impose a new austerity budget — even though he said during the campaign that one would be necessary if voters chose to leave the EU. He said another budget would be the task of Cameron’s successor.

What else will change once England leaves?

England will now have tariffs on it's goods.

Raw material will cost more. Of course these things will cost jobs.

People will need passports to visit other countries in Europe.

They will no longer be able to live anywhere they want in Europe.

Their movement and where they live will be restricted. England will no longer get EU dollars for science and research. It's scientists will no longer be able to move about Europe without permission.

And Scotland and Wales are talking about dissolving an agreement they've had for 300 years. That could mean that the English will need a passport to visit those countries.

Remember what Conservatives did to this country under Bush?

Every single person under the sun, from experts to God, warned this would be a mistake and still fear won. Sadly, business's will thrive with the pound being so cheap at this point...especially outside interest, like Trump and once again only the elite, whom they sought to marginalize, will benefit. What people must understand that voting on emotions, never pan out. The only people who will suffer as always when voting out of emotion and fear are the very people that bought into the shit. Had they paid attention to our political reality show, they would have gotten clues....2 years ago, the mindless voted on for a majority GOP house and got nothing for their votes. All of those politicians play the fear card and to date, our borders are still open and we've yet to see all these good paying jobs they promised.

How hilarious to use fear to rail against fear.

What the hell more do you want from the government you are not getting? Has congress not given you some freebie you have been wishing for?
Listen bitch, I work for a fuckin living. I'm 57 years old, have been working since I was 16, served 10 years in the US Navy and have been on my current job for the last 17 1/2 years and until you come to me with some sense, shove your rhetorical conservative bullshit up your wide open faggot ass...you piece of white shit and free this...bitch!!

Wow...nice job of combining racism, homophobia and sexism in the same post, Tiger! Nothing like a liberal in full throat showing all of their biases.

Nothing is going to change. This is just fear mongering by the establishment. The establishment and the new world order took a big hit with this vote, and they don't like it. So every downturn in the economy will be blamed on the English people choosing freedom from the globalists.

The reason for the vote to go the way it went is because of what is going on in Britain. The economy is going into the dumper and the invasion that they can't control is out of control.

But now it will all be blamed on a vote for freedom.
Do tell of what invasion the Brits had going on? You can't get into that country without a fuckin passport, so do tell what invasion that had going on or shut the fuck up!!

If you had any clue about British immigration policies, Tiger...you might be able to carry on an intelligent conversation on the topic! You obviously DON'T however so why are you even here?

The thing is the UK makes little and buys more... This will not work in there favour... Tata steel are now going to drop the hammer on 15,500 jobs next week...

The Brits will vote again... How they engineer that is the trick..

No surprise there, the gub'mint worshipers generally contest the results of elections that don't go their way, apparently they love democracy but only when the voters do as they want. :D

In this case, the vote really wasn't that close since if I'm not mistaken it was 52% to 48% for leaving and the turnout was the highest in any nation wide election (72% or so) since 1992 so I don't think the "remain" side has much of a leg to stand on for a "re-vote".

The UK is already not in the Schengen zone, brainiac. You need a passport now. BTW, that includes Ireland too, they aren't in the Schengen zone either

And where did Europe say now they are going to not have a trade agreement with Britain?

The British were never in the way the rest of the countries in the EU are, the break is a lot less dramatic than if one of the others left.

Yeah, sure, the pound will never drop low after Brexit, it's scaremongering. But it happened. Still scaremongering.

Its Just a Flesh wound ..Brexit is just a flesh wound
Phillip Shaw, chief UK economist at Investec
, said he believed the economy would enter “a period of near stagnation”, adding that a recession was a “realistic possibility”.

Citi, which has yet to formally change its forecasts, warned that downgrades were “likely”.

Goldman Sachs is now expecting annual growth of just 0.2 per cent in 2017, down from 2 per cent before the referendum.

George Buckley, chief UK economist at Deutsche Bank, said he expected Brexit to “focus minds” on the BoE’s interest rate setting committee on the long-term impact of slower growth — and a possible recession — rather than a short-term rise in inflation.

It is scaremongering when it's presented like this thread with ridiculous extremes like that with the Brits leaving the EU, Europeans are going to cut them off entirely and they are going to refuse to make any agreements with them

London (CNN)An online petition signed by more than 3.5 million people calling for a second referendum on whether Britain should leave the EU was started by a Leave campaigner who says it has been "hijacked" by unhappy Remain voters.

I think the Brexit vote is the best thing that happened to American politics. We will all get to see, in real time, the folly of rightwing scare-mongering and the devastating effects it has on the country.

It will cement Hillary's accention (sp) to President. Don't believe me? Just watch...

Last I heard it was 3 million signatures on the petition calling for a 2nd referendum and counting .....

Where does that Brexit highway go?
And you may ask yourself Re Brexit
Am I right?...Am I wrong?
And you may tell yourself
MY GOD!...WHAT HAVE I DONE?

Into the blue again/after the money's gone
Once in a lifetime/water flowing underground.
