Diversity is not our strength

Those who prattle on about diversity are inevitably the most rigidly conformist idiots imaginable who tolerate absolutely no disagreement with their dogma.

Have they ever considered preserving the diversity of all the distinct European cultures? Of course not. They want all countries swarmed with third word invaders who only want to obliterate these cultures.

Many, many people have been propagandized by the media and corrupt politicians into believing that diversity is a good thing

When in fact.........exact the opposite is true

Anyone who knows whats what....understands this

The easy way to shut down the argument of those who advocate "diversity is our strength" is to have them follow their own advocacy. Borrowing from one of their favorites, Saul Alinsky, “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.”

They key argument for diversity is more ideas produce better results.

Let's apply that to academia and to media for starters. Do advocates want differing ideas, or conformity of thought, where only one narrative is correct and anything else is an outlier, a radical idea, a, dare I say, conservative idea.

These advocates do not want diversity. They want conformity. They want unity of thought. They'll hide behind superficial social constructs like race and ethnicity to push false diversity. That that is truly a false front for their fake diversity push.

I challenge any Leftists reading this to name one quantitative benefit of "diversity" in Academe. There is none. It is uniformly harmful.

DIversity is not a strength. It is destruction. Our Strength was our commonality of heritage, history and beliefs. That's called Individualism. God was the foundation of this country.

When National Mexico soccor team plays vs. USA....who do you think 10million illegals + 10 million Mexican American citizens pour out to cheer for? Give it up. Whos' flag flies in every low rider?

They had to stop a game in Mexico as the fans taunted USA goalie with chants of home O, PUNTA? Lol! I cant believe sissy boy American would not endure? Or fight back? Laugh it off?

Another time they shut down an Amerucan game chanting 9-11 in obvious joy.

Assimilate my butt.

Yet multiculturalism built Rome into the empire without it it would not have happened.
No. A nation and or empire may have different ethnicities, races, religions but one culture. Once you deviate the nation and or empire dies. As the US is slowly dying now. When you find the Flag offensive the country is on the decline.

Diversity is our weakness, not our strength.

Los Angeles is often called the most diverse city in the United States—perhaps in the world. Whites have been a minority in Los Angeles County since 1990, and its inhabitants represent more than 140 nationalities and speak 130 different languages. The city should be a showcase for diversity’s strengths. The schools, in particular, should be ideal opportunities to practice “contact theory.” Southern California also has an important advantage in that the most salient racial mixes are not the historically freighted one of black and white. Blacks and Hispanics, for example, came into contact with no past grievances—no real past at all. There is nothing like the specters of slavery, Jim Crow, lynching, or segregation to poison their relations. If anything, two groups that share common experiences as minorities should find contact especially rewarding.

They do not. For decades, students in Los Angeles have stubbornly defied the expectations of those who praise diversity. For decades, calming racial tension—usually between blacks and Hispanics— has been one of the top goals of the school district. In 1999, the district was putting more effort into conflict resolution than any other organization in the city. It did not appear to be succeeding.

People are like animals. We do better when we're around others that look similar to us, speak the same language, have the same customs, and so on. Familiarity enables a sense of commonality, a understanding even for those that are strangers to us, a sense of harmony.

In Switzerland they have the lowest gun related crime, very high employment rates, very high education rates and in general are a peaceful and calm society with no major issues from a societal point of view. But Switzerland also has very strict rules if you want to live there. You have to wait a long time, pay a lot, speak their language fluently and understand their customs. So anyone that comes has to be pre integrated to their society.

In America we have so many groups and sub groups, so many foreigners from so many countries, even Americans themselves are split off. We have so many different languages being used here. Many groups of different religions. Many people who look different. Many people with their own customs. And so on. And nobody wants to back down, they all want society to conform to them and none of them want to conform to society.

Back when america was for Americans we were a strong nation that in just a few hundred years went from nothing to the top of the food chain and became a world super power because we were united. Every American believed in America, we loved it, we had pride in it, we all knew even a small job was part of the whole, we all spoke the same language, looked similar and we stood together.
