Disney scraps plans for new Florida campus, mass employee relocation amid DeSantis feud

You failed to account for everything else.
What, stifling heat, hurricanes, exorbitant homeowners and car insurance premiums, low wages, swamps, mosquitos and crocodiles lounging in your swimming pool, the worst road system in the country, condos that cave-in and kill the residents?

Indeed who would want 2,000 high end jobs coming to their state.
Yeah, such high paying jobs--average wage for a character performer, food prep or service worker are all under $15/hr. Wasn't it you democrats that said $15/hr was less than a living wage? Sucks when your own shit bite you in the ass, eh?

Terrible place--you whack job lib loons should definitely stay away.

Too bad Disney can't expand in SoCal. There just isn't the land. Everything around Disneyland is built up. That's why they went and bought cheap land (at the time) in Florida.

Still, they can find other ways.

Florida, good luck trying to survive entirely on pervy fascist retirees. Yeah, that's what to base an economy on. Not to worry. There are always the gubmint subsidies that every conservative state relies on.

Disney scraps plans? Does anyone really think an "employee campus" would be a windfall for the state of Florida? Keep trying lefties, you might come up with something.

You base an economy on people, period.

And FL is growing.

That would mean good, high paying jobs. It means they were not talking about a bunch of service jobs. Why is it so hard to just admit that you are willing to take a hit on economic policies for your social ones?

It is like the right is allergic to just admitting the obvious.
