He won't win the SCOTUS ruled last night 6-3 in favor of the mandate in Maine. Health care worker's either have to take it or get the hell out. Gorsuch wrote the opinion and Amy Barrett all for it.

Florida has a lower mortality due to Covid than NY or CA. Mask and Vaxx mandates do not stop the spread of Covid.

De Santis, transfused 100,000 plus of Floridians infected, with monoclonal antibody therapy, to prevent their deaths at about $2000 a pop....that was not available when New York and California were hit hard early on.

No one is saying they can't get the vaccine, just that you can't be made to. If someone wants to be protected they get the shot, and if they want to risk it that is their choice.
