Beijing normally gets snow in the Winter. I was reading today that at San Francisco it is the same latitude as Beijing and both have warm summers and cold winters.
But they swap climates so to speak.
SF varies not much from summer to winter and has wet winters and dry summers.
Beijing has dry winters and wet summers.
