Just look at the timeline of things falling apart. The economic collapse did coincide with the Democrats taking control of Congress. They've had all the power for the last four years and it has been a very dismal four years. I can't believe any Democrat could argue otherwise. They have completely sunk many future generations. The Taliban are still a major force in Afghanistan, we lose our sons and daughters to them on a daily basis. And Al Queda is also there, just not as openly as prior to the start of the Afghan war.

Real dumb. The dems get a very small majority in the Congress, and things immediatly fall apart? They caused that to happen? What bills did they pass over President Bush's vetos? Bush, Cheney, and Phil Gramm own this near depression.

If the Republicans were to gain strong control in both houses in 2010, they could very well turn a weak recovery into a slide into the Second Great Republican Depression.

The Democrats don't care about the people,they only care about power. You're only kidding yourself if you think otherwise. Man,i actually remember John Kerry claiming we were in a "Depression" when Bush had a 4% Unemployment Rate. Talk about undermining the Economy? Yikes! The Hopey Changeys can spin all they like but they have been an awful disaster. Most Americans know this. 2010 could be the beginning of the end for the Democrats and this Administration. The spend, spend, spend like the wind dems were hoping that if they spent enough money, that things would hold together until the November elections. Problem is, they're not. All they did was add to the debt, and now there's just all the more to pay back.
