I will admit that the Biden admin should have got them, redacted the victims names ( and other identifiers) and placed tham all back with the court for their automatic release on the competition of the case. What they did wrong was trust Trump admin would do that (they were the ones that were saying they would release them during the election).

But Biden couldn't release them... I know following court orders is a novel thing for MAGA but it is what law abiding citizens do...
