tl/dr

And I don't need your spin. I was there at the time. You're being a hypocrite. You are just as bad as the ones you oppose. Let that marinate.
Spin? wtf are U, Bill O'Reilly?

You were where? In Obama's head? LOL

I know enough to know yours are flexible depending upon what your party tells you. How do I know? Because you just demonstrated it.
Party? LOL

Your projections have you believing others follow a party line and orders? LOL

I bet you would be hard pressed to name an important issue that you disagree with the Democratic Party on. Let's say abortion or gun control or climate change.

GUN CONTROL is a personal view. I had a concealed carry permit ( I moved out of state, otherwise I'd still have mine being valid)

Climate Change? I go with the scientific community and their data. I know sane Republicans and others who agree with me here. It's not a Democratic Party stance

Abortion? I never had one. republicans have pro-life members

Democrats stiff Joe Manchin of the goodies they promised him for voting for their 'Inflation Reduction Act'

10 sEP 2022 ~~ By Monica Showalter

Who must feel like the biggest fool in Washington, right now?
Probably Sen. Joe Manchin, the independent-minded Democrat from the bright red state of West Virginia, who cut a deal with his fellow Democrats on the "Inflation Reduction Act," gave them his vote with conditions -- and is now getting stiffed.
According to The Hill:
~Snip~
Right now, Joe must feel the like the biggest 'mark' around.
From the very beginning, all the signs of a deal was there, following the Democrats' party-line vote for the swiftly passed $800 billion "Inflation Redution Act" of 2022, which does nothing to stop inflation, but shells out a lot of cash on greenie spending boondoggles for the coastal elites, and beefs up the IRS enforcement arm which is already overactive in the poorer states. Notice whose state gets audited a lot.
~Snip~
A deal a deal? Not with these guys in the saddle.
Now Joe's left holding the bag, owning the vote on the 87,000 new IRS agents, and if the 70 get their way, not getting a thing in return for it, despite the Democrat promises. West Virginia, sitting on a pile of energy resources for development plus some prime transport real estate for energy transmission, will be left poor, watching its resources stay in the ground, while the IRS agents will be wildly active in Manchin's state, given its already existing audit rates, likely due to the number of poor people claiming the earned income tax credit. The poor will get poorer, because Joe sold them down the river and brought back nothing in return for them.

Commentary:
If Manchin is surprised, then he is easily the stupidest person in government, and that's saying a lot given AOC's strangle hold on that title.
One of the darkets days in America was when President Woodrow Wilson and his Progressives were able to change the selection of Senators from 'each State Legislatures' to a 'direct Election'. This one change turned the 'cooling' effect of our highest chamber to just another 'Mob Rule' body. The 17th Amendment must be repealed. America is a REPUBLIC not a Democracy. No matter how vociferous the Progressives/Elites/Globalists wish to complain we must return America to the Constitution as written in this case. Make our greatest deliberative body great again by returning to what our Constitution demanded. Being a Senator has a six year term. Each six years State Legislatures, controlled by citizens, should select their two Senators.
I doubt if this will ever be rectified.
So, once again Democrats prove to the world that they're backstabbing liars. Their promises are worthless, nor are they trustworthy.
Trust Democrats, get screwed.

Way to dodge saying you oppose your party.

If you worship the likes of AOC, Maxine Waters, Piglosi, Schumer, Harris and Biden and you call ANY republican a fruitcake, you need to clean your stomach window.
Unlike you people and other cultists, I've never been one to worship leaders or self-appointed Tribunes of the People

When I was an elected Democrat on a city committee, I left the party over disagreements with particular ideologues and their tactics.
I register as a Dem. I don't oppose the DNC. Why would I? They stand in the way of shit the GOP does -- how's that Speaker election going?
