The left's desperate attempt to paint Kilmar Abrego Garcia as some innocent "Maryland man" wrongly expelled from our country has completely backfired. A new CBS News poll shows Americans aren't buying what the Democrats are selling. By a decisive 12-point margin (56%-44%), Americans support President Trump's aggressive deportation program.
Even more embarrassing for Democrats, that support has actually increased from earlier this month.

Garcia is such an awesome illegal he's been in court twice and twice ordered deported and accused of beating his wife and trafficking illegals and trying to become a home boy in MS13 with the tats to prove it.

Garcia was arrested in Maryland in 2019 while seeking work primarily because he was wearing a hoodie and Chicago Bulls hat. A confidential informant alleged he was part of MS-13's "western clique" although this claim was never corroborated in court.

An immigration judge deemed the informant's testimony sufficient and an appellate judge upheld the decision ruling the claim of gang membership was not clearly erroneous. Such courts operate on standards different from criminal courts, often relying on hearsay and without the same burden of proof.

Garcia was stopped in Tennessee in 2022 while driving a vehicle registered to a convicted human smuggler. He was cited for an expired license and released.

US district judge Paula Xinis stated Garcia's deportation "shocks the conscience" and was "entirely unlawful." She pointed out how the government had not presented concrete evidence of gang membership.

No criminal court has convicted Garcia of gang-related activities, and the government's admission he was deported by error should settle the issue for anyone not suffering MAGA racial derangement syndrome.
