Nor was he ever given a chance to refute the accusations he was in a gang. Somehow he is being held accountable for accusations he has never been charged with let alone found guilty of committing.

The problem with plls is that there are too small in numbers. 1,000 to 4,000 people polled vs 350 million citizens is not sufficient. Especially when the polls are taken in one city. they should be taken over a larger segment of the U.S. and a larger number to be more accurate.

He was given a chance to refute he was in a gang back in 2019, but lost bigly and held without bond due to be a danger to the community, with that said, the Judge while ruling he was deportable, did say at the time that he had credbile threats from a rival gang in El Salvador....he should of left for another country, but instead stayed here, and continued the gang life, including human trafficking....the rival gang is no longer a threat in El Salavador, hence he was sent back.
