Democrats' Latest Immigration Propaganda Stunt Just Blew Up in Their Faces

Funny how no one argued before the court that the order applied to Guatemala and not El Salvador.

My best guess is it's a typo because it makes no sense otherwise.
His family moved to Guatemala.

Hearings before a court what more does he get?
The ability to confront one's accusers. If he doesn't get that, you can't say he did what he's accused of.

If that's the case then why is Trump's poll numbers in the crapper OP? Huh?

You still haven’t figured out, despite mountains of evidence, the dems and their media wing use polls to manipulate your fragile leftist mind?
So sad.

Some sat in jail for a year awaiting trial. That’s not due process.
It can be. Trials can take a long time to begin depending on various pretrial proceedings. Years even.

A person is entitled to a speedy trial. And if it takes long, they are provided bail.

You care more about the illegal scumbag than your fellow citizens. It’s one of the main reasons your side lost.

I'm finding it hard to believe (or understand) how even 44% of those polled would be against deporting illegal aliens. Especially ones who have committed overt crimes.

Looks to me like we might have more Latinos, Chicanos, and street gang members than we thought.

It’s weird you think a judge determined he was a member of a gang despite no due process.
Wait... a JUDGE made the determination and you're claiming no due process.

Do you see how ... illogical that is?

Defendants waive rights to speedy trial for various reasons, including when they file different motions, appeals, change lawyers or sometimes they ask the court to delay the trial so they have more time to prepare a defense.

You didn’t know this, but the people whining they had to wait so long for a trial are the reason they’re waiting so long.

You don’t care about the truth, you care about false propaganda.

The problem with plls is that there are too small in numbers. 1,000 to 4,000 people polled vs 350 million citizens is not sufficient. Especially when the polls are taken in one city. they should be taken over a larger segment of the U.S. and a larger number to be more accurate.
And also when the random sampling they're polling becomes a handpicked group, chosen on the basis of their ideology.

I'm sure ad hominem reactions have even less credibility.

Trump’s Approval Rating Drops to 80-Year Low; IMF Says U.S. Tariffs Now Exceed the Highs During the Great Depression

"Common sense voters in the U.S. didn’t need an economics degree or a crystal ball to predict that putting Donald Trump in the Oval Office for a second term – a man unanimously convicted of 34 felony counts by 12 members of a U.S. jury prior to his election – was not going to produce a shining moment in history for the United States.

"Trump’s first 100 days in office in his second term arrives this week, and it comes on the wings of this headline: 'Trump has lowest 100-day approval rating in 80 years.'

"That data comes from a new ABC News/Washington Post/Ipsos poll showing that only 39 percent of poll respondents approve of how Trump is performing as President.

"A solid majority, 55 percent, said they disapprove."
It's not common sense it is over sampled data

Kilmar Abrego Garcia did not get due process and neither did the hundreds of Venezuelans Trump sent to be indefinitely incarcerated in El Salvador on our dime.
Sure he did.

You are just butthurt that one of your terrorist heroes is locked up.
