The economy wasn't locked down. With only 15 total cases to deal with and to track the economy wasn't even aware it was going on. The Deaths from H1N1 was just over 12,000 and it was contained. for one year. And that is what the death from Covid should have been instead of over 160,000 if it went for one year. Instead, Covid is going to hit 250,000 easy in one year and go well past that into the next unless the grownups take over.
