According to the Constitution, the original 1973 ruling was wrong. It will no be thrown back to the states, as should have been the decision.

The leftists keep trying to trick the gullible idiots that overturning Roe will make abortion illegal. All it will do is not FORCE states to make it legal. Those who are willing to have an abortion can live in a state that still allows it, which will probably be most.
