It has to be a pretty well-known law that the order is in violation of and the the GI that refuses it is open to prosecution on a number of violations. No, I did not train my command anything. The military trains it's troops to follow the orders of the officers appointed over them. It is in the oath for all service members.

Those orders came from the Commander-in-Chief of the military and was not an illegal order. I was subject to that same order as I was working for the US Army as a civilian at that time. Had I not gotten the shot, I would have been fired. It was not mine or anyone else's authorization to determine that was an illegal order, because it was not.
