CBP had been begging for that fix for over 10years..........it included walking bridge improvements at the Point of Entry..........which was needed for a decade.............Finally ......after 10 years of asking they get that done.............it was as much as a POE upgrade as it was new walls...........

Thanks, but the Santa Teresa project is not a newly built wall project. A replacement fence is not a new wall. They are replacing a fence barrier with a barrier fence barrier. Not one mile of new wall or barrier.
