My understanding is Georgia gave Delta the tax break when Delta was facing bankruptcy in special legislation. Of course Georgia can rescind it.

The government requires IDs for people that get on airplanes. But Delta requires IDs to be in their corporate offices and any other facilities they control. But companies need to be told that their job is to provide a quality product/service for their customers and value for their investors, not act a political agents for the commies.
