Zone1 DEI Created Meritoracy in the Federal Workforce, The Very Thing That Trump & His Minions Claim Has Been Lost as a Result of DEI

No, not apples and oranges, except to racists.

Because she was elected, you can't claim that she is unqualified for the position she holds and only obtained it because of DEI because that would mean the 79% white population where she was elected is mistaken about her qualifications which CLEARLY they weren't.

Going around claiming people are unqualified for the jobs they hold due to their race is a form of harassment and defamation. Getting them fired from those jobs due to your racist beliefs is actionable.

But keep being stupid, it makes our job a whole lot easier.
Their inflated qualification due to DEI policy is the racism. And acknowledgment of that reality is mere observation and logic.
You can be sure that a DEI-inflated minority candidate being elected by majority white is a soft-core white supremacy sympathy vote.
Those white bread democrats who voted for her, live, work and play around mostly other white democrats. I know that condition firsthand, too.

I do not know if I am a white bread Democrat. I vote Democrat, but I prefer whole grain bread.

When I voted for Kamala Harris I was really voting against Trump. I never forgave Harris for condemning Joe Biden in a 2020 primary debate for opposing forced school bussing.

Never forgave, but voted for her anyway...

Coocoo....

DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives have contributed to creating a more meritocratic system in the federal workforce, particularly by ensuring that hiring and promotions are based on qualifications and abilities rather than bias or exclusionary practices.
If you really want to hire people based on merit, then have all applications void of race and names. Don't have people use their names and nor their race. Could go a step further and leave off date of birth as well and just have a line asking if the applicant is over a certain age. Have it as generic as possible so that merit is the only reason someone is contacted for an interview.

Democrats have been using the black man for political power only. If blacks could not vote, the Democrats would not give them a second look. Refer to Malcom X and White liberals on you tube if you need proof.

Blacks are waking up in droves to this bullshit and to the fact that every time a democrat commits a crime, they blame the opposing side.

TRUMP is taking the planet by storm as billions of people have been waiting for a president to actually clean up some of Washington corruption and put an end to endless wars and nation stripping.

This is what a lack of critical thinkings skills does for you, but it's also a heightened form of gaslighting. Or to dumb it down a bit - you tell a lie, over and over and over again, never back down and people will eventually begin to remember that it's a lie.

DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives have contributed to creating a more meritocratic system in the federal workforce, particularly by ensuring that hiring and promotions are based on qualifications and abilities rather than bias or exclusionary practices.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

How DEI Created Meritocracy in the Federal Workforce

  1. Eliminating Exclusionary Practices
    • Before DEI efforts, certain racial, gender, and socioeconomic groups were systematically excluded from federal job opportunities, whether through explicit policies or implicit biases in hiring and promotion.
    • By removing barriers, DEI allowed a broader pool of qualified candidates to compete on merit rather than connections, race, or gender.
  2. Expanding Access to Opportunities
    • Affirmative action and DEI initiatives opened federal positions to historically underrepresented groups.
    • Veteran hiring preferences, disability inclusion programs, and outreach efforts brought highly qualified candidates into government roles based on skills and expertise rather than traditional networks.
  3. Objective Hiring Standards
    • The Merit System Principles (5 U.S.C. § 2301) ensure that federal hiring is based on ability, knowledge, and skills rather than personal favoritism.
    • DEI efforts reinforced structured hiring processes, like blind resume reviews and standardized evaluation criteria, reducing the impact of bias.
  4. Promoting Fair Advancement
    • Historically, informal networks often dictated who got promotions and leadership roles.
    • DEI programs helped create clearer promotion pathways where employees were evaluated based on performance, not just who they knew.

How Did This Become Controversial?

In recent years, critics have argued that some DEI efforts have gone beyond leveling the playing field and created new forms of exclusion, such as:
  • Diversity-focused hiring goals that, in some cases, led to accusations of reverse discrimination.
  • Training programs that critics claim promote a specific ideological perspective rather than neutral professional development.
  • Legal challenges questioning whether certain DEI programs comply with existing anti-discrimination laws.

So, Did DEI Create a Meritocracy?

Yes, in the federal workforce, DEI helped build a more merit-based system by ensuring that hiring and advancement were based on ability rather than bias. However, the debate arises when policies perceived as ensuring diversity appear to conflict with strictly race-neutral or “colorblind” interpretations of merit.
Seems that DEI is hurting the air traffic control hiring.

Andrew Brigida, 35, scored 100 per cent in his training exam but alleged that he was denied a position in an air traffic control tower because the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) recruitment process favoured diverse candidates. He is part of a class action lawsuit filed against the federal agency.

Or, it has absolutely no effect of any kind.

I can't imagine anyone in government is at the top of their game right now. They are wondering if they are going to be randomly fired and not be able to provide for their families, while watching the things they care about going to pot.

Yeah. Stuff like stealing from our Treasury.

Trump has a long history of lying. What why should I be confident that the will not tell me that my social security number, which I have had for decades, is fraudulent, and that I will not be getting any more money from social security?

No. He has perhaps lied a few times. But that’s no more of “a long history of lying” than your own.

The government already HAS your social security number, anyway.

Why on Earth would you worry about anyone telling you your SSN is fraudulent? No coherent basis for that paranoia.

Please post less crap about baseless fears and concerns. Try to include facts and support and links.

Okay, so when the government stops protecting you from predatory lenders, like the CFPB was, you can claim they were "Stealing" from the treasury.
There isn’t an angstrom unit’s worth of value in your idiotic post. Nor is the CFPB worthy of continuance.

Elon Musk intends to reduce government spending by nearly one third. He cannot do that without making deep cuts in Social Security and Medicare.

Easy to say. Not easy for you to establish.

Maybe that’s why your post is nothing but your unsupported and ignorant mere opinion.

I am not concerned with the flatulent opinions of biased media “journalists.”

Numbers tell the story. The old sayings are still applicable:

Follow the money.

Who benefits?

It is impossible to reason with someone who refuses to accept well documented facts.

The rich benefit. That is one of the reasons they need to be taxed very heavily.
