He absolutely did. Trump literally came out publicly and directly blamed DEI initiatives for the crash no such thing eists at the FAA. No one at the FAA is hiring anyone with "intellectual and psychiatric disabilities" for such an important job. We only elect people to the office of the presidency with those problems, like we did with our most recent election.
